Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when it becomes available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may occasionally take a few business days to appear.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, strikes, or other logistical disruptions.

An order taking longer than the estimated delivery timeframe does not automatically qualify for a refund or cancellation while the package remains in transit.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll be happy to help check its status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided at checkout.

Additional shipping or handling costs required to resend an order due to an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If tracking confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, we generally cannot issue a refund.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit or otherwise undeliverable, we may investigate the shipment with the carrier before determining whether any resolution is appropriate.
